Jannoel Florist make every effort to deliver all orders by 5pm after an order has been placed However, there may be times where the delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside the control of Jannoel Florist.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME?
If the Recipient is not home when the delivery is made the gift will be left at the recipients residence if the courier driver deems it safe to so so. otherwise a calling card will be left at the Recipients door or letterbox to requesting they contact us to organise redelivery. Additonal charges may apply.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DELIVERY DETAILS SUPPLIED ARE INCORRECT?

If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied to the customer and the address is incorrect, the customer will be contacted and additional charges may apply, If the flowers are not recoverd however Jannoel Florist take no responsibility for such loss as it is the obligation of the customer to provide the accurate details at the time of ordering.
